Realization Process is an embodied somatic inquiry practice and direct path to uncovering the fundamental nature of our personhood. Realization Process is often felt as a complete paradigm shift within our whole body and being. Simultaneously, It influences how we experience the world around us, and how we relate to others. Through the Realization Process we liberate our true animacy. It’s a way of refining how we inhabit our body as ourselves, how we perceive, listen and communicate with ourselves and others. It opens ourselves into our wholeness —allowing for a more congruent internal experience of our bodies. It offers the experience of tapping into the fullest, most alive aspects of ourselves so we have direct contact with our innate wisdom that lies beneath the chatter and ruminations of our mind. Realization in this way can allow us to restore our own dignity and trust, which we may have lost along the way during various hardships in our life. In short, the Realization Process opens us into our authentic sense of humanity within our whole integrated body and being.
